Lawyer: Businessman's cell death likely homicide
The lawyer for a Japanese businessman found dead in a jail cell says a pathologist has concluded that the man was killed and did not take his life. Mark Geragos, a lawyer for Kazuyoshi Miura, says Sunday the pathologist found deep tissue injuries on Miura's back that indicated a beating. He says there's also evidence of a forced choking.
